Executive Headteacher - Michelle Sheehan is the Executive Head Teacher of Freezywater St. George’s Primary School, St. James' School and Forty Hill Primary School. Since starting her teaching career she has worked in different schools across Enfield and taken on various roles and training opportunities including: becoming an SLE  (Specialist Leader in Education) supporting other schools, completing her Masters in Education and NPQSL (Senior Leadership Qualification), as well as completing her NPQH (National Professional Qualification in Headship ) and  being a moderator for Enfield. Outside of school Mrs Sheehan has also taken on leadership roles within the church, such as becoming Church warden for Jesus Church in Enfield and has a passion for music, with a Degree and Postgraduate in this area.
