We were delighted that our Parent Association were able to fund our fully functioning children’s kitchen, giving all children from Nursery to Year 6 the opportunity to learn basic cooking skills in a state of the art facility.

The kitchen is used regularly by all classes, linking with science, topic, maths and RE as well as for general cooking skills to support our Design Technology curriculum. In addition, the kitchen is used during our Focus weeks, where different cultural cuisine and historical dishes and recipes are explored.

We have a cookery after school club as well as a cookery course in our Forty Hill College.
