By profession, I am a qualified solicitor, having begun my career as a Commercial Litigator at a City law firm in London before moving into the higher education sector.

I have more than 15 years’ experience working in higher education, with the last 10 years spent in senior leadership roles. Throughout my career, I have developed specialist expertise in student records and administration, safeguarding, student experience, governance, data management and operational leadership. I have led a range of central professional services functions, supporting students and staff across complex educational environments and driving improvements in service quality, compliance and organisational effectiveness.

I am passionate about using the skills and experience I have gained through my work in both the legal and higher education sectors to make a positive contribution within my local community. Having grown up in Bulls Cross, with my brother attending Forty Hill CE Primary School many years ago, and now having recently moved back to the area, joining the Governing Board of Forty Hill CE Primary School felt like a natural opportunity to give back to the community that has played an important role in my life.

I look forward to working alongside fellow governors, school leaders, staff and parents to support the continued success of the school and help ensure that every pupil is able to thrive and achieve their full potential.
